Groceries is an apparel brand recently on my radar, and for good reason.
I can neither confirm, nor deny that I am always on the hunt for better products. Not in a hoarder or mass consumer kind of way, I swear! Are you kind of OCD like me, and wonder “how are these pajamas made??”, “is there chemicals in this thing?”, “what is it like working in a factory, is it hot and sweaty and gross?”, “am I doing good things for myself and the earth by wearing this??”… anybody, anybody?? - maybe not, but hang with me!
A handful of years ago, I went through a huge health battle trying to eliminate and detox my body, after dealing with stomach issues my entire life, then more recently navigating skin irritating issues that were literally keeping me from sleeping through the night; I would scratch my arm until it bled. IMHO, this is 100% a reason to figure out “what is causing this”.
This truly began my journey of cleaner products, better products, healthier products, whatever you want to call it… I wanted to feel better, and I believed it was possible. Of course following that “Ah-HA” moment came the responsibility to try and live/consume/buy/be BETTER.
